Founder of Emmanuel Prayer Ministry Consecrated Bishop and Honored with Doctoral Degree.

The Founder and General Overseer of Emmanuel Prayer Ministry, Prophet Emmanuel Darko last Friday the 18th of June 2021 was publicly Consecrated a bishop and Honored with a Doctorate Degree. Seven other ministers of the church were also Ordained and ushered into the ministry by the Rev David Clergy Council. It was a blissful occasion as the night was fill with joy and excitement, members and family and friends came in their numbers to support and witness the occasion. Bishop Elect Dr Daniel Ametorwudo,. Presiding Bishop of the Clergy Council during his officiating to Ordain the seven ministers stated that the primary assignment of Pastors is to win souls not to preach to confuse them. " A preacher will stand at the roadside preaching to condemn every church, preach to condemn idolatry,preach to condemn every Pastor then claiming that he is the only true man of God and every other is fake; yet this preacher does not have a church, where do you want the souls you preached to should go and what do you want them to do?" The Bishop lamented. He added that preaching to condemn Churches or other Pastors isn't the reason for the formation of Rev David Clergy Council but rather the organization was formed to educate ministers and Churches to do the will of God. The seven ministers were Ordained by anointing with oil and imposition of hands according to provisions of the Holy Scriptures and was presided over by the Bishop Elect Dr Daniel Ametorwudo. The Founding President also grace the occasion and blessed the congregation with a very powerful sermon. Bishop Dr David Akakpo,the founding President presided over the Bishopric Consecration of the Head Minister and also conferred upon him the Honorary Degree of Doctor Of Christian Ministry. Officiating ministers include Bishop Elect Dr Ampadu Frimpong George,the current International Director for Missions of the REV DAVID CLERGY COUNCIL. The ceremony which took place in the evening ended with the people experiencing and enjoying the supernatural grace of God.

 REV. DAVID CLERGY COUNCIL's founder and International President,Bishop Dr David Akakpo arrived in Ghana from Togo last Monday 14th June 2021 for the historic Bishopric Consecration ceremony of the Founder and General Overseer of Emmanuel Prayer Ministry,Bishop Elect Emmanuel Darko. The ceremony is set to happen this Friday,18th June 2021 at the church Headquarters at Nkenkaasu in the Ashanti Region. In an interview with the Founding President,Bishop David recounted the ordeal of their journey. He said the journey started from  Berna in Togo through to Worawora in Ghana where they board a taxi to Dambai in the Oti Region of Ghana. Since they have to go through Techiman in the Bono East Region; it's necessary they have to pass through Kete Krachi.
